Hello Team,
With offset compensation, to what extent can the LED current error be improved?
Ideally, Rcs is assumed to have no tolerance.
For example, when ILED_REF_DACx = 512, the percentage error from the typical value to the minimum or maximum is ±6.21%.
Could you please clarify what portion of this ±6.21% error is attributed to the offset error?

You should be able to reach tolerances on the order of ~3% if you do calibration. There are other sources of error like gain and temp co, but for lower current setting the offset voltage is usually are larger portion of the error. Depends on their calibration method too. Are they just trying to measure offset voltage and they use that voltage to adjust the equation or are they planning to do a look up table. This is how you would adjust the equation for just Vos (offset voltage), but you need to measure this offset at the lowest setting to ensure that offset voltage is the dominant error source.
