Tool/software:

Can you provide confirmation whether the LM117H/883 and LM117JAN (e.g., M38510/11703BXA) have the same or different die?  Also, a previous question asked whether LM117H and LM117H/883 have the same die, but there was no certain answer, and that would be very helpful to know as well.  It would also help to know whether LM317H has same or different die compared to LM117H.

Context:  Current design uses LM117H and identifying suitable replacement options.

    They use different dies.

    These are also different dies

    3 dies are embedded in this package. 2 of the 3 dies are same between these two devices
