Based on this thread, ambient temperature limit can be disregarded.
But whether leakage current at EN pin will increase specially when EN and VIN are not at same potential if the temperature is higher than limit specified.

Hi Sunil,
But whether leakage current at EN pin will increase specially when EN and VIN are not at same potential if the temperature is higher than limit specified.
Can you share more insights on EN and Vin not at same potential? Due to Resistor divider network at EN?
Regards,
Gautam
Yes it is with Resistor divider network 1.0M/ 221K. Hysteresis of TPS62120 is also very wide. If I consider at 9.0V turn on with 0.8V typ then turn off happens at 6.0V typ but worst it can go to 4.0V input. How I can control this hysteresis ?

Sunil, I'm a bit confused with this statement. None of the numbers make sense to me expect 0.8V.
VIH typ. is 0.8V hence tune the divider in such a way that its >2V or more for enabling the buck.

Gautam
Exactly, you cannot tune for EN_High ~0.8. As I suggested above, please tune it to be ~2V or more.

Gautam
it doesn't resolve my problem. if I put 2V then my device will start early according to 0.8V threshold and my source being an high impedance source will not work.
Can you please revert on leakage current on EN pin for temperature higher than 85C ?
