Tool/software:

I am running the High Cell bqProduction for bq34z100 application. I am also using a EV2400 box. The program is seeing the EV2400. When I get to where I select run test, it is immediately failing. I get an error 6, Timeout or unexpected response communicating with device.

Hi,

The EV2400 does not work with this application, please use BQstudio + EV2400.

I have been using the bqProduction App with the EV2400 for several years now with no issue. This just seems to randomly have started to not work.

Unfortunately, the developers of this tool are no longer at TI, support for the application is limited.

I am currently trying to use the BQ studio application. When I select the component, I am getting this message. Are there any instructions on how to run this application to test this part?

Hi Jacob,

Your device is not autodetecting, if your device autodetects BQstudio will automatically open.

Is your board powered on? are you using the correct communication protocol for this device? Do you have the correct .bqz for the FW you are using?
