TPS25221: how to improve the accuracy of OCP

if the ocp is setup to1.6A

i hope the range between IOS(min)=1500mA / IOS(max)=1700mA

according to the Table 3, the worse case is the 1438mA~ 1699mA in 1% resistance

so, if I use the 0.1% resistance, may i know the range of worse case? can meet The range IOS(min)=1500mA / IOS(max)=1700mA?

I setup a spreadsheet with the 34.8K resistor

It would be better ruse a 34.5K resistor, but you can modify the spreadsheet to calculate the target value.

With a 34.8K 0.1% resistor, the current limit range would be between 1.864A and 1.452A

Alex,

That level of accuracy is not possible with the design. The closest I could achieve is shown below with a 33.8K resistor.
