When I burned the golden image for BQ34Z100-G1, I received a message saying that the burning failed. After restarting BQ34Z100-G1 again, i2c communication returned a NACK error and the device type could not be read. How can I restore BQ34Z100-G1 to its factory device and restore its communication capability
