Thankyou very much for your support, I had a very good learning experience. The charger worked perfectly as expected after changing the mosfets and the inductor. For now I have configured the charging capacity 200W and works with no issues with proper heat sink. The MPPT tracking also works perfectly, before it was oscillating but after playing around with the VAC_DPM register it worked. I also have a few suggestions , I think the datasheet should mention the suitable inductor DCR and the MOSFET parameters, but by the way the app note about selecting the mosfets was also a great help.
