Hi expert,
Can TPS7B69-Q1 withstand more than 5min X-RAY test? My customer (CosMX) with test all ICs in 5min X-RAY condition. Or do we have X-RAY test standard of TI's devices (including duration, energy, environment conditions.) Thanks.

    Hi Ryker,

    We do expose our devices to X-ray testing during production but the duration of these energy pulses is in the hundreds of ns. We follow MIL-STD-883 for our radiation testing.

    I am trying to get you a good answer internally on the radiation profile we use (duration, energy, environment conditions). Please clarify the energy of the X-Ray radiation in eV that CosMX wants to test our devices at.
