There is no spec for high side FET, could you please comment? I want to know the max +voltage and min -voltage that the HS FET can bear.
Because customer gets below Vds wavefrom for HS FET (VIN-LL). We want to know if it is beyond the spec.
How about TPS53555? Do you have the spec?
