We're considering using BQ25302 with VSYS feature ( via Q4 as shown in 9.2.2, figure 9-6).
I have some doubt: Q4 is a PMOS.
Assuming battery is fully charged (4.2V),when no VBUS is given, i have Q4-Drain = 4.2V. Q4-Source = 3.7V(due to voltage drop across Q2 body diode) .
However i could assume that Q4-Source @ 3.7V is due to Q4 body diode.
How Q4 could be fully closed (saturation zone) to provide full VBAT at VSYS? It's seems there not the right condition to fully close correctl Q4. Am i wrong?
