I am using LM74900 in one of our design.

I was unable to find the information regarding the maximum current consumption of the anode pin.

Could you please let me know the maximum consumption current of anode pin.

Hi Sushma,

ANODE is a sense pin and does not consume any significant current.

Hi Shiven,

Yes, we understand that, however, in my circuit the anode is connected after a resistor as per the design requirement. I would like to verify the maximum voltage drop at the anode to ensure that it does not interfere with AC monitoring, since the cathode is connected directly to the actual battery line while the anode is positioned after the resistor.

So can you provide me the detail of ANODE pin current consumption.

Hi Shiven,

I added a 0Ω resistor to prevent my circuit in case of high-current scenarios from the battery.
