Thank you for your response. So at the moment, I can only use pins 34/35 for I2C, So it is not possible to use SMBus on pins 34/35 and I2C on pins 47/48 at the same time, correct? Also, what is the protocol configuration for using 34/35 as I2C?

I can not share that information over e2e unfortunately.

Correct, there are no bits that need to be changed to use i2c
