Hi Team,
There is a burnt issue on the customer board with BQ24610. They guess that the burnt has been occurred while charging. Their input condition is 24V@3.8A and battery voltage range is 15V to 20.5V. Please check the damage image and schematic, and let me know the cause of this issue and how to improve it.
