We understand that 0.4V is the guaranteed specification across all temperatures. However, for our application we need to better understand the device behavior. Could you please provide the typical operating range (minimum and maximum wake-up voltage) that you have observed in your internal validation or characterization data? This information would help us to set the proper design margin.
