Dear Team,

In the below mentioned thread it is mentioned not to make feedback resistor DNP.

TPS543C20: Sense pin connection confirmation

But datasheet suggest when load has sense option we don't need to connect it through feedback resistor.

Please confirm the connections.

Hi Kaushal,

This datasheet image is just representing 2 scenarios with different output voltage requirements. If your output voltage is higher than the voltage you are passing to RSP-RSN then you need feedback resistors.

Britton,

In that case, when my load has sense feature. Do I still need to connect feedback resistor if my output voltage is equal to VSET value.

If your output voltage is the same as your reference voltage set by VSEL then you do not need a feedback divider.
