BQ40Z50-R2: FET issue

Hi TI support

My BQ40Z50-R2 doesn't want to charge or discharge in normal mode.

But it works as exepected if I switch the FET_EN off and command with CHG_FET_TOGGLE and DSG_FET_TOGGLE. I made all the design settings in this mode.

Do you have any advice to solve this issue ?

Yes I do.

It's connected to a boost converter with a resistive load.

Take care, I made a mistake, I use a BQ40Z50-R1 and not R2 !

Is the VC3 and VC4 shorted to VC2?

Do you have the press pin function disabled?

DA Configuration[2] -> NR

Solved by reprogramming the BQ40Z50 gauge using the BQ40Z50-DEVICE-FW software.
