I'm attaching a power point version of the Stratix 5 system reference design. What I'm looking for is the design files (schematics, gerbers) for this design? Can you provide this?

That does not look like a reference design. I would call it more of a "proposed solution". Do you kow if there is a PMP design number associated with it? If you have additional documentation. please let me know.
