Can you describe what features of the TPS65381-Q1 you require? Safety critical features? Powering Hercules MCU? Load Dump (overvoltage protection) on which rails?

Ok, after more research I assume you want OV (load dump) protection on the 12 V or 24 V input rail. We don't have any other PMICs like the TPS65381-Q1 with this protection built in. The App. Note attached describes how to build a circuit for this type of input protection.
