This application is for a DDR3 regulator in a Xilinx Virtex-6 design. The ML605 eval board from Xilinx uses TPS51100, but the TI selection guide for the Virtex-6 mentions TPS51200. Out of these 4 different parts, which is recommended for a Xilinx Virtex-6 design?

Hi Jaden,
TPS51116 and TPS51216 are complete VDDQ and DDR power solution controllers. Please see attached file for comparison. These parts have been transferred to application team in Japan. Contact Shuichi Ishikawa (s-ishikawa@ti.com) for your further questions. TPS51100, TPS51200 and TPS51206 are sink/source DDR only termination regulators. They required VDDQ input and get VTT and VTTREF outputs. They have a slightly different Vin and VTT current. Please check the datasheets for detail.
Thanks,
Nancy
