Hi,

I am using the IC BQ24600 for charging the 14.8V,11Ah battery.In the board all voltage level seems ok but

Vout is 0.8V. There is no waveform at HIDRV & LODRV. Led SAT is blinking and /PG is cont. glowing.At TS Pin

voltage is 1.6V,VREF,CE is 3.24 V. ISET pin is 0.6V. REGN pin is 6V, and the bootstrap capacitor is 4.62V.

I got the answer.....full batch of the IC is bad....i replaced by sample and now its working fine..

Who did you buy the bad parts from and how many?

do you have further information about weather there is a bad batch?

I'm about to go into production so tis is important.

I have not heard of a bad batch. There are clones to ICs out in the market. Make sure you but parts from a reputable distributor.
