No, we do not have this data available but it will depend on your Vout and L value. It should be similar to the D/S data though the transition point from PWM or PFM mode will vary based on your new Vin.

Calculation is tried in the attached formula.

Yes, your spreadsheet looks basically correct. It should be the same as equations 8 and 9 in the D/S. PFM is entered when the inductor current becomes discontinuous. The inductor value can be increased to achieve this at lower load currents.
