We are having problem with TPS59650 on our Intel board prototype.
It is not generating both the core and gfx voltages.

I am attaching schematics for your reference.
The CSD86350Q5D used (designators U86, U87 and U89) have EPAD connected to ground. It is not represented in schematics.
The original circuit in schematics is modified by values generated by the spread sheet attached.
You can find current and frequency settings in the spread sheet.
V5, V5DRV, VBAT & V3R3 are OK. IMVP_VR_ON is high.
VREF is 1.7V
Please go through schematics and find out where we went wrong.
Also provide debug points to find out fault condition and health of regulator.
