Hello, I have a question about some power modules PTH05050WAD.  I'm debugging some boards which mount several PTHs and I can see that there are some different codes after "PTH05050WAD". For example I have PTH05050WAD-161265V or PTH05050WAD-251708V.    

Are they the lot trace codes? And has each lot code a different switching frequency?  

So, can I guess that all the power modules of a specific lot trace has the same switching frequency?

    All PTH power modules have lot codes imprinted on the module label. 

    161265V= :1=year 2011:  6=month 6 une 2011.

    251708V= :2=year 2012 : 5=mont 5 May 2012.

    The PTH05050W published frequency range is minimum 550kHz to maximum 650kHz  The released lots must have switching  frequencies between 550KkHz  to 650kHz.
