Hi there, we are developing a boost converter with one-cell Li-ion battery. We are using TPS61175 as our boost converter. In our application we need 9V 1A output with 3.5V Vin. When we connect the circuit to our load (servo motor etc.) the current is insufficient. We need at least 9W (9V 1A) output with one-cell Li-ion battery (Vin=3.5V). We tried to reduce switching frequency, this amplified current but it was not enough to run the servo motor efficiency. How can we solve this problem? Do we need to use another boost IC or we are setting up the circuit in a wrong way? What should we do to increase output current with one-cell li-ion battery?
