I am using LM5060 as a high side switch for battery discharging protection. I found MOSFET will be damaged when I turn it on with load. I guess the turn-on speed is not quick enough. is there any solution can short turn-on time?
following is the condition which I test
Vin: 48V
UVLO and OVP: disable, connected to high and ground
Rs: connected with 56k ohm to disable VDS fault
