I do not have the Mathcad software but I do have a way to log data from a single battery with an Acu-tech Tester here at my location. I can send the information to you as a .csv file if that is ok with you?

Also I can try to log the data using the BQ wizard software if that will work for you as well. Please let me know what would be best for you?

I have some data I would like to send to you in regards to our cell testing for the chemistry ID. Currently I have used the BQ wizard to log the data files at 1 sec which I will attach to this file. My question for you is this format compatible for you and if so I will begin to do this testing based on the PDF file you sent me next. I am not able to change some of the parameters based on the default cell I chose in the BQ wizard program so this was a close the the data as I could get.

Here is the Pack configuration

An 8 amp cell that will be used inside the pack

This is a 36V_16A System with 10 cells in series and 2 Cells in Parallel a total of 20 cells.

Attached is the cell data in a .csv file please let me know if this is god for you and I will send you all the correct data next time.

I was not able to send you a .csv file but here I have attached a excel file for you viewing, please let me know if you are able to use this data and I will begin to start the actual testing over the weekend since it will take almost a full day to run the correct testing for the battery pack.

Thanks again for helping me find the correct chemistry for my cell type but I do not have ChemID )288 in my database as it only goes to 0237 and the skips all the way to 300. Is there a way you can send me that file for the chem ID?

Here is the chemistry file. You can place it onto your computer desktop and import it into bqWizard.

I am getting an "Access to file path is denied" do you have any idea why this might be happening?

I assume that you are using Windows 7. Try opening bqWizard in Administrator mode.

Here is a list of the cells that have been characterized. If you find your cells in the list, then I can send the .chem files to you.

The ChemID's do not contain any capacity data, so the capacity shown in the table is for the cell used for the characterization. It is more important to match the OCV table than capacity. If your cells are not in the table, then I can check for a match using a Mathcad program. You can use the attached document as guidance in collecting data for the analysis.

The Two cell spec sheets that I have are very similar here is the Spec sheet for the cells. The Charge cut-off Voltage is 4.20±0.05V for both cells. The cut off Discharge voltage is 2.75 and the nominal voltage is 3.7v.

I cannot predict which ChemID's will be a good match to these cells without the discharge data.
