  • Hi,

    Do you have the layout files for the part that is being used in the customer? If you don't have it and it could be a noise issue, please make sure if the loop involving switch node, diode and output capacitor to be small.
    You can also try to configure the EVM on this part and change the BOM to match your customer BOM and see if the oscillation still occurs. This will help us if the issue is caused by layout or by something else.
    Also the 1000pF CFF value looks kinda large and could inject some noise also to the FB pin. Is this value recommended by webench?

    Thank you for your advice. I revised it as you said.

    After the board layout review, oscillation was stopped, and it is operating normally.
