  • I can see that in the first and last slides the stack voltage is shown as 36.895V, whereas it is 51.867V in all other slides. Can you please confirm what the VBAT supply is to each module during programming?

Can you please share the schematic for the board used here? I am looking for potential connections to LDODx that could cause a problem during programming.

See the following note from the datasheet:

    NOTE
For the Designer: Because the LDODx inputs are pulled briefly to approximately 7 V during
programming, the LDODx pins should not be used as sources for pull-ups to 5-V digital pins, such
as HSEL and SPI(bus)_H connected pins. Use VREG50 instead, unless all programming is
completed prior to mounting on the application PCB, in which case LDODx is a good choice.

If LDODx is used as a pullup supply, it is necessary to have a jumper to select VREG50 instead, just for programming.
