Hi:

   I would like to ask a question on TPS650243.

  Output current  on DCDC1  is 1.6A of TPS650243 Datasheet, test condition Vo=3.3V.

   But, What is the maximum output current., when  Vo=0.9V?

   Still 1.6A? or more.

    It will be the same value. In general, the output current is dictated by the current limit of the FETs for a buck. The current limit for the converter should not change much if at all for a different Vout thus, the output current will hold the same.
