bq20z65-R1, Error in shipping test

Dear experts,

Please let us know about bq20z65-R1.Our customer is using the bq20z65-R1 in design, already finished the product design.
So far they shipped 200 units over Li-polymer equipment.However, those got error in shipping test occasionally.
Battery voltage was to look like rising in measurement. Our customer is using  the bq20z65-R1 with bq2794701 in system.
When measurement battery voltage was to look like rising, bq2794701 wasn't cut the line.
In other words, actually battery voltage wasn't rise.There is a difference in the measurement voltage and actually voltage.
Why does measurement battery voltage was rise?

    If change the device from bq20z65-R1 to bq20z655-R1, this problem is solve?

    Hello Nagai san,
    I am not able to fully understand what you are seeing. Is it possible to log the SBS registers when this is happening and post the log?
    Also, are you externally measuring the voltage using DMM and it is not matching the Voltage reported by the gauge?
    Is the gauge not going into ship mode due to the charger present not turning off?
    Please let me know.

                   -->Yes. Battery voltage looked like to rise during discharge.I attached then that graph.
                        This graph is drew the log data.

                   -->Our customer has an auto testing system.
                        If alarm, this system stop the continuous operation.
                        Continuous operation is the item of the shipment test.

    Currently, our customer re-measuring for get a new-log-data that contains the Data-Flash all the information.

    When information gets updated, we let you know.
