tps53315 not working outputting 5V. Please verify?

Hello. I am attempting to put 12v 10a in and get 5v 10a out. Attached is my schematic. What am I doing wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!tps53315.pdf

    Two things jump out at me.
    1. Your resistor divider is set for 4.58 V.
    2. More importantly you have EN tied to 12 V. Abs max voltage for EN is 7 V. I believe you can float it or you can use a voltage divider to limit the EN pin voltage below 6.5 V recommended voltage.
