LM25011: Target swithing frequency

Hi,

My customer is using LM25011.
He wants to use LM25011 at 115kHz, then He uses 5.1Mohm as Rt resistor.

But switching frequency is 67kHz at customer bench.

Can LM25011 set to 115kHz?

Hello Shimizu,

Is your vout =24V in this application? You should be able to secure 100kHz with the Ron Value. What is you load and the inductor rating. Do you see any DCM operation in your application which stretches the frequency down?

It would great if you can share the schematic.

I have attached the schematic and waveform.

We have other problem at no load.

It is output voltage has wave.
