Hi In the above schematic I have used TPS22960 switches for connecting different voltages. But when I am disabling all the voltage sources and connecting external pullup the TPST switch is taking current. That is because when ever the enable pin of TPST switch is at logic zero it connects the output pin to ground. But I don't want that to happen. The TPST switch should not allow the current to pass through it. Is there any other switch with similar specifications.
TPS22960 is connecting output to ground when we give enable as logic zero. I don't want that to happen because when I connect external pullup the current is flowing to ground through the output pin of spst switch. I want a switch which will isolate the output and input pin. It should not allow the current to flow through it when it is turned off.

1. By this, do you mean that the current is flowing from the output to the input of the TPS22960?

The current is flowing from output to ground when the switch is disabled. I also have a doubt what if I have a voltage source at the output side and output voltage is greater than input.

The TPS22963C has the correct feature set to solve for the issues you are having with the TPS22960.

But when I am trying to simulate it is showing convergence error. Also my current rating is at max 500-600mA, But the switch rating is 3A. Is it fine to use that in this application. I am attaching the simulation model can you verify that. (Enable each and every voltage 3.3,5,1.8) Also enable pullup switchTPS22963C.TSC

What Daniel mentioned is correct, for the TPS22960; in situations where Vout is higher than Vin, current will flow through the body diode of the pass FET.
But, the TPS22963C, that was suggested and that you have switched to, has reverse current protection which will stop this current from flowing from Vout to Vin.
