BQ27542-G1: Can't start learning cycle

I tried to return default configuration using .srec from this thread - e2e.ti.com/.../552849

But after programming, I cant start learning cycle, after sending IT_ENABLE nothing happens. QEN = 0, VOK = 0, RUP_DIS = 0.

How can I start the learning cycle again?

Hi,

Are you starting with a relaxed discharged battery and have the correct CHEM_ID programmed ?

Battery voltage is stable (3,3 V) and battery was without load during 12 hours. I have the same ChemID as for the previous learning cycle. I get the ChemID by performing charge / relaxation / discharge /relaxation test, and using Gauging Parameter Calaulator.
