BQ27426: is Battery capacity = design capacity?? are they the same?

Hi,

I would like to use the bq27426 for a 13200 mAh 4.2V battery pack. 

In the datasheet the max battery capacity of the bq27426 is 14000mAh (www.ti.com/.../BQ27426) but in the document SLUUBB0 p. 49 ( http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluubb0/sluubb0.pdf ) the max value of design capacity is 8000mAh. Where is the error ? is battery capacity means design capacity as mentioned in technical reference document, are they the same?

If the answer is YES, I saw the E2E mentioned the max we can set in bqstuido is 8000 mAh only, so why the datasheet mentioned the battery capacity max is 14000mAH?
