Hello Tsukui-san,
With FPGA's their actual power needs vary depending on the clock speed and other variables.
Therefore many times TI does not have a design for a specific FPGA.
One good way to build a design is to use Webench FPGA Architect.
XCZU4CG is a Xilinx FPGA. Zync Ultrascale
From TI.COM see the WEBENCH Designer area, usually on the middle right of the home page.
Click the IC package symbol for FPGA/uP power project.
Select Xilinx, then click FPGA Architect
There are many options then shown for XC7Zxxx, I do not know how similar the XCZU4CG matches the available PN's
There are many reference designs on TI.COM
Entering ZYNQ in the search box under FIND YOUR SOLUTION NOW, 12 Xilinx Zynq designs appear.
