What is the minimum ToF time to be captured using set of MSP-EXP430F5529LP and TDC7201EVM?

I'm concerned if it is possible to capture 0.25 ns ToF time using above set.

The minimum time is 0.25ns as described in the datasheet. This is possible using the combined measurement mode as described in section 8.2.2.1 www.ti.com/.../tdc7201.pdf

Thank you for your reply.

I understood the minimum ToF time can be achieved with this board set.

Do you have information about the minimum cycle time that can be displayed of measurement result on the PC?
(Maybe it would be limited by SPI interface speed)

I want to know the maximum sample rate if this board set is used.

Using the EVM and GUI, the maximum update frequency is once every 100ms due to the USB communication used.
