Your schematic has a flaw. You will need to connect the output capacitor to the other side of the inductor. See the data sheet schematic.

Also, I have created a Webench design for 24V to 5V at 3A and attached for your conveniencewebench_design_433359_297_130734145.pdf. If you need less than 3A, you can go to the TI

website and use Webench to help with your design. I would break up the output capacitor into two individual capacitors. That way you can

place the number and value you need, in case the performance is not what you wanted.

Also, we will need to see you layout.

by mistake I written LM2576HV part no,please neglect it.

we are using LM2576SX-ADJ/NOPB.

please suggest some solution on LM2576SX-ADJ/NOPB part no.

Those are the same devices; one is a high voltage version.
