Hi,

Let me know how to connect unused pins.

Our customer is planning to keep unused pins open.

Is this a problem?

【condition】

・LP2954IMX/NOPB

・Vout = 5V

・unused pins→/error pin,VTAP pin,Feedback pin(When 5 Vfix type, is TAP and FB pin necessary?)

    Hi Yuto,

    Vtap and feedback should be connected together on the PCB for fixed operation. The error pin can be left floating.

    Thank you for your reply.
    In addition, when programming for any voltage by connecting an external pair of resistors, is the "SENSE" and "VTAP" unused pins?
    If Yes, please tell me how to connect when these two pins are not used.
    Is it recommended to be "SENSE" and "VTAP" left floating?

    Hi Yuto-san,

    When using external resistors SENSE and VTAP are unused, so just leave them floating.
