Hi all
I have used UCC2895 for full bridge in voltage mode but  it happens that UCC2895 burns and I found a low resistance between pins 15, 16 and 5. I have inserted my schematic. could you help me.

    Hi，
    what is the detail test condition? Input voltage? output voltage and current?
    it seems the VDD pin over voltage per your description. Could you check the waveform of VDD pin?

    the VDD pin supply voltage is 12V. it is created by MAU323 and this regulator has 10uF cap in its output. my problem doesn't relate to test condition of power section because I've tested this circuit without connection to full bridge and i am trying to observe IGBT Gate-Source Signals before connect them to IGBTs. I have to say that my IC UCC2895 it work for hours but suddenly burned and I checked the VCC voltage but all things was normal. I've posted my schematic.
