TPS2376-H: Possible to design with TPS2376-H at Vin:24V?

Hi,

Is it possible to design PoE stage with using TPS2376-H for Vin:24V and Poıt:12W?

The customer's schematic is attached. It confirmed that the IC fails when the customer try to implement the design on layout. 

Could you please advise on this?

    Hi Meta,

    The PD is likely not being detected since the UVLO resistors (R241, R244, R248) in parallel with the detection resistor (R242) brings the total detection resistance to ~23.5kohms, below the 1% threshold specified on page 6: www.ti.com/.../tps2376-h.pdf

    Try increasing the UVLO resistors (R241, R244, R248) while maintaining your voltage division ratio for UVLO.
