BQ78350-R1: The new bq78350 chip can not connect Bqstudio?

The new bq78350 chip on our board cannot connect to bqStudio.

But porting the new bq78350 chip to the Demo board can be connected to bqStudio

We can also connect the old chip on the Demo board to our board and connect to bqStudio.

We can make sure the circuit is correct .   

why ?

What needs to be noted for using the new bq78350 chip ?

    It sounds like you're on the right path. Please make sure the circuit is correct and that the chip is properly programmed.

    The change log between the bq78350 and the bq78350-R1 can be found in the firmware. Please download the firmware and change log here: www.ti.com/.../sluc594
