HI Sir 

I use below reference's value and use calculator to design 

1. Copos=30mF ,but reference design = 22uF*3 ,which one is correct ?

2. Czero and Cpole reference design use 0.1uF and 330pF ,but calculator's result is 0.112uF and 526pF ,which one I can reference

    To start out, there appears to be an error in Copos calculation.  That cell, B109 directly references cell C80, which is the maximum ESR, NOT the output capacitance.  The compensation values are reasonably close.  Decreasing Cpole below Czero/100 does not increase the phase gain any.
