LM22677 Short circuit Issue,

During the cost issue, Cin and Cout All use electrolytic capacitor (Not Low ESR capacitor),

And Doing Short circuit test from continuous 24V power to VIN then 100Hz PWM control single to EN pin (CV Mode voltage for LED power dimmer{do Short circuit test}), any risk let LM22677 Damaged ?

If you could provide your schematic and a snapshot of your layout, it would be helpful

to review any issues with the design.

Also, please not the SOA curves in the data sheet.

With 28V in you may be safe to short the output depending on your switching frequency.

Please consult the SOA curves on the data sheet to check this for you given RT set frequency.
