From your attachment, it seems the driver is not installed.

Please follow the procedure in the user guide (esp from pages 6) in the below link for Software setup and let me know if there are any issues.

In your attachment, I see that you had a firmware error. Did you follow the steps to update firmware an/or reboot your system?

How many EVMs do you've? I'm wondering if you can try on another board too to debug if the issue is setup/software/firmware/hardware related.

Due to I don't have more LaunchPad could use, just change the USB interface adapter try to catch the I2C signal, but the Vout still 0V, could you also help to advice whether some step I've missed? 

currently tested with 2 piece LM36010EVM and both no response, even reboot my system after update the firmware and result still the same. 

And dose that necessary to use Launch to initial the GUI?

TI GUI that is on the web for this part works only with the Launchpad.

Do you've the Launchpad (or) are you wanting to use this part without launchpad?

LM36010EVM can be used with your own custom communication and without launchpad. You can pull SCL, SDA and Gnd signals out and see if you can write to device registers. Do you've a capability of that?

Try to use LM36010EVM only to read the register (with USB adater interface) , but I2C signal no changed and strobe LED no reaction.
