TPS54302: Protection diode of the MOSFET

Hello.

Does the MOSFET inside the TPS54302 have a protection diode?
If there is no protection diode, is it necessary to insert an external diode between SW-pin and GND?

Hi,

In most cases, The external diode is not necessary since the low side MOSFET has a body diode which could reversely conduct. What is your applications and considerations?

My application is a "Beverage Vending Machine".
I used TPS54302 for the first time, so I confirmed it just in case.
