Seeing Data Sheet Fig15 state diagram,

it seems that the flow from normal to prelamp is not written.

Is the state transition as follows?

Yes, the OCP function is not written. please check the below Vo waveform when OCP happens.

No. Each proteciton is different. This waveform is just for the output short ckt/ OCP protection. If the OCP lasts too long (>5*12ms), then even if the OCP condition is removed, it can't auto recover, need recycle the power input or the IGN pin. But when OTP happens, it can auto recover when it gets cool.

Regarding OTP, does the limit of 5 times have nothing to do with it?

Are Overvoltage Lockout/Vout Overvoltage Protection the same as OCP?

For OTP, there's no 5 times limit. always OTP-> recover-->OTP--> recover.

For OVP, there's 5 times limit. after 5 times OVP, the device latch off.
