In a currently running project, we are looking into LP5907 as it is available in DSBGA package.
There is however no package drawing in the datasheet of the DSBGA package.
The dimensions are very critical for our project (after soldering, should be around 500um thickness). Could you please provide this information?
We are planning to use it as a voltage reference (system is fully ratiometric, we don't need the hard stability of a reference, noise is however important).
