BQ76PL455A: bq76PL455A NTC setup and MCU communication question

The circuit designer must choose the NTC R vs T profile that fits their accuracy needs. They should also consider measuring VP for fluctuations in the supply voltage, since that will change their resistor divider output value.

VMODULE must be enabled in the CHANNELS register and I believe the VMODULE_MON_EN bit must also be set, which resides in one of the configuration registers.

The best bet is to have the MCU control the sampling. There is only 1 SAR ADC in the PL455 - writing to the command register will cause the ADC to MUX through all channels/measurements afterreister ox02 is written too. There are many settings in the register map that effect conversion time.

The pl455 is entirely MCU driven, so all thresholds, etc should be initialized after a POR if not burnt into the EEPROM.
