HI all：

My client used BQ24075 in the first two samples, and the samples can work normally.

Now switch to BQ24075T. After adjusting the TS foot, charge 10S will stop charging

Please help you to see the reason.

（The 100K resistors have been strung from R6 to TS）

Check the voltage at TS pin, it should be between 12.5% and 25% of Vin for normal operation .

Find phenomenon ，If you use the universal pen or other conductive material to touch the pin of NTC, the charge will become normal. If you take it away, it cannot charge 。
IF change 100K and 49.9K of TS，can work.but it donot between 12.5% and 25% of Vin。Can this parameter be used?

Sorry for the delay getting back to you on this question.
The 12.5% to 25% of Vin will be the safe (normal) operating range of the TS pin. For 5V input it will be 0.625V to 1.25V.

The pen touching behavior may be due to noise coupling into the circuit.
